We are committed to fair and transparent service. The following policy explains how refunds are handled for applications submitted through onthegolanka.com.
Full refund window
You are eligible for a full refund if you send a cancellation request within 1 hour of submitting your application. Requests must be sent by email or WhatsApp.
After 1 hour
If the 1-hour window has passed, you may request a $50 refund only if we have not started work on your application.
Once we begin processing your application, refunds are no longer available.
Service updates
After you complete payment, we will send an acknowledgement email. When your application is being processed, we will send a second email stating that your application is in review.
